Job Description

Work Setup: Hybrid (whole duration of training is on site) - Sanctum Quezon City.

Type of Contract: Full-Time

Schedule/Hours: 9 PM – 6 AM Manila Time.

Equipment: Company Provided

Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

What does a day in the life of a Customer Service Representative I look like?
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat

  • Provide accurate information about products and services to customers

  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner

  • Follow up with customers to ensure that their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction

  • Properly and accurately document customer interactions in the organization’s CRM

  • Adhere to company policies and procedures

  • Meet or exceed performance targets for related KPIs

  • Continuously improve knowledge of products, services, and processes by participating in training programs and continuous learning modules

  • Collaborate with other departments as needed

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and colleagues at all times

  • Perform other duties as assigned


What are the qualifications of a Customer Service Representative I?
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Able to be the voice of the company while handling customers in a professional manner.

  • >1 year of experience in call center, eCommerce, customer service, retail, hospitality in a BPO industry

  • Ability to empathize is a must — wedding planning can be a stressful time, and your role is to be a problem-solver, advocate, and concierge for the newly engaged couple and their wedding guests.

  • The individual who has an innate curiosity and shows initiative to continuously learn

  • Has a team player mindset with innovative ideas and strong attention to detail.

  • Experience in using a ticket/task management system.

  • Knowledge in wedding planning and organization is a plus.

  • Direct experience or knowledge of the wedding industry. Familiar with what couples' want and need.

  • Must be willing to go onsite quarterly (sanctum)
