Happy to Help Caregiving is looking for compassionate and dependable caregivers to provide in-home support throughout Malad and surrounding communities. As a caregiver, you will provide one-on-one, non-medical care that helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. We are looking for individuals who are patient, reliable, and committed to treating every client with dignity and respect.

Caregiver responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping tasks
• Supporting safe mobility, transfers, and repositioning
• Providing medication reminders according to care plans
• Helping with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation to appointments
• Monitoring client well-being and communicating concerns to the office
• Following individualized care plans while supporting client independence and routines

Caregivers are expected to arrive on time, maintain professional boundaries, and provide dependable, respectful care in every home.

Preferred qualifications include:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable assisting with personal care and mobility support
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Previous caregiving experience is helpful but not required
