You will help shape compelling narratives across CRM, sales enablement, and video content, turning complex financial and technological concepts into clear, persuasive messaging. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will influence how customers and stakeholders understand value across the full journey. The role blends creativity, strategy, and performance marketing, requiring both conceptual thinking and executional excellence. You will contribute to high-impact campaigns that directly support growth, acquisition, and retention. - Develop and execute high-performing CRM copy across email, SMS, push notifications, landing pages, and other lifecycle marketing channels, ensuring messaging is clear, persuasive, and aligned with brand voice.
- Translate complex product, data, and AI-driven insights into engaging narratives that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Create compelling sales enablement materials including pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, and executive-facing storytelling assets that support revenue growth.
- Write and refine scripts for video content such as product demos, walkthroughs, and promotional assets, ensuring strong alignment between narrative and visual execution.
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, analysts, and sales teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across all touchpoints and channels.
- Use performance data and customer insights to continuously refine messaging effectiveness and improve conversion outcomes.
- 7+ years of professional copywriting experience in digital marketing, SaaS, agency, or technology-driven environments.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across CRM copy, campaign messaging, sales enablement, and video or script writing.
- Proven ability to simplify complex technical or data-heavy concepts into clear, engaging, and action-oriented narratives.
- Experience working across CRM channels such as email, SMS, push notifications, and lifecycle marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of the customer journey and how copy influences engagement, conversion, and retention.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with confidence in stakeholder and client-facing environments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote-first, cross-functional setting.
