We’re looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer (PE) who is ready to step into a leadership role, drive complex projects, and help grow our presence in one of the fastest-growing markets in the country.

What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll operate as both a technical expert and project leader, with the autonomy to make decisions and the support of a strong national team.
- Lead the design and delivery of complex mechanical (MEP) projects across Dallas and beyond
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping shape project scope and solutions
- Help manage projects on key accounts across the country.
- Apply advanced engineering concepts to solve complex, real-world challenges
- Oversee development of plans, specifications, and construction documents
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers in a fully integrated design environment
- Supervise, mentor and guide junior engineers, elevating team performance
- Conduct quality control reviews to ensure technical excellence
- Support construction administration, including field observations
- Contribute to client development, proposals, and presentations as the Dallas team continues to grow
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (accredited program)
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in good standing
- 10+ years of MEP design experience, including large or multiple mid-sized projects; 12+ years of experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of FBC/IBC, ASHRAE, and NFPA codes
- Proven ability to lead projects and mentor junior staff
- Experience reviewing technical work for quality and accuracy
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills with a client-focused mindset
- Experience in building and site design
- Willingness to travel as needed
Note: Due to federal contract requirements, candidates must be U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents.
Nice to Have
- Experience with business development and client engagement in the Dallas market
- Ability to obtain multi-state licensure (NCEES certification a plus)
