Responsibilities Assist PT with patient assessments and treatment plans Provide therapeutic exercises and mobility training Assist with gait training, transfers, and ADLs Educate patients/caregivers on safety and home exercises Document care and report patient status changes
Qualifications Associate’s degree from accredited PTA program Current VA PTA license or eligibility 2+ years healthcare experience (home health preferred) Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
