As a Sales Account Manager with Walton Residential Services, you will be on the front lines of our new residential initiative. This role offers a rare opportunity to be part of an established company’s exciting expansion into a new market. You’ll leverage Walton Roofing’s strong reputation to generate leads, educate homeowners, and close sales, all while enjoying a competitive commission structure with unlimited earning potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively generate and follow up on residential sales leads
  • Conduct roof inspections and educate homeowners on roofing needs and solutions
  • Present, negotiate, and close roofing contracts
  • Maintain strong communication with customers throughout the sales and build process
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality project completion
  • Track leads, opportunities, and performance through CRM tools
  • Represent Walton Roofing with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience (construction or roofing sales preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong work ethic and self-discipline
  • Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Roofing knowledge or willingness to learn through training
