Responsibilities

Assist the Occupational Therapist with patient assessments and treatment plans

Provide hands-on therapy to improve motor skills, endurance, and daily functioning

Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and adaptive equipment

Document care and communicate progress with the care team

Qualifications

Associate’s degree from an accredited OTA program

Current Virginia OTA license (or eligibility)

2+ years of OT, rehab, or home health experience preferred

Reliable transportation for home visits
