Overview

The Creative Designer works on a diverse range of creative projects, collaborating with a global internal and external stakeholders. It is a job that require a “can do” attitude and a willingness to go beyond. The ideal candidate has a thorough understanding of branding and marketing, with a discerning eye and mind for identifying the right style and layout for every project. The Creative Designer interprets the requests of internal and external clients and turns them into design solutions with high visual impact. The role will require working in a variety of creative disciplines, supporting needs such as social media, trade show design, magazines ads, videos, brand identity and many other visual mediums in order to communicate the brand messages and ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate internal and external audiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Graphic Design, Photo Editing, Video Editing ·
  • Determine the best design to translate the message, promoting the brand standards.
  • Produce content for global brand campaigns, internal presentations, and other external material such as print ads, digital banners, social media, short videos, and more. ·
  • Strong customer service skills, recognizing the importance of supporting the needs of internal clients we work with, everyday ·
  • Help define, plan and resource content design strategy, based on best practices, user research and online/offline content design trends and content consumption.
  • Conceptualize, design and execute original material in print and/or digital, video, online, digital, interactive and experiential mediums.
  • Use data and content engagement metrics to continuously optimize design approach, strategy, and production.
  • Help oversee day-to-day production of multimedia projects and program activities, ensuring content design, visual storytelling and brand best practices are upheld through all touchpoints.
  • Help support/lead projects with external partners
  • Provide guidance and consulting to country marketing teams on content design and optimization opportunities along with Global Creative Director ·
  • Define, develop and maintain the branding guidelines whilst ensuring they resonate with the overall strategy and positioning of the business

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field, and a full understanding of the creative process and how to apply that in a fast-paced, demanding business environment ·
  • Corporate business environment experience a must ·
  • Minimum 5+ years of Graphic designer experience, developing and designing brand initiatives
  • Knowledge of and Expertise In the Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects Preferred:
  • Video production experience (production and post-production) is a major plus
  • Self-motivated and highly organized
  • Process and detail-oriented
  • Humble approach to design, recognizing the importance of serving key internal stakeholders
  • Excellent & adaptable communication skills: need to proactively communicate at all levels internally and externally.
  • Able to multitask and manage multiple projects at a time while adhering to deadlines ·
  • Prioritize quality over quantity at all times
