Physical Therapist - Outpatient North Oak Location at North Kansas City Hospital – North Kansas City, Missouri

SUMMARY: SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Department Director and the Senior Physical Therapists, provides quality physical therapy services to patients through evaluation and administration of treatment to restore function and prevent disabilities.

Physical Therapist for outpatient clinic to perform evaluation and treatment. We are a busy orthopedic and neurological PT clinic. Our population is primarily teenage to adults. Staff appreciate 1:1 care for 60 minute evaluations and treatments. We have a very dynamic team of clinicians to support and mentor. We welcome experienced or new graduates with active MO license to apply.

Schedule: Monday through Friday. It can be 4-10 hour days or 5–8 hour days. The scheduled end time will be 6-6:30 p.m. to accommodate our after-work and after-school demands. Outpatient staff help to support our acute care needs for 1 holiday and 1 holiday day of a weekend annually. Training is provided in advance to assure competency and comfort in this setting.

SPECIAL SKILLS: Strong written,verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

LICENSE/CERT: Required: BLS (Basic Life Support) from AHA (American Heart Association), PT (Physical Therapist)

EDUCATION: Required: Bachelors - Physical Therapy
