To greet and assist all patients initially as they enter the clinic. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to: receiving payments, insurance verification, checking in patients, scanning documentation, professional answering of telephone calls, directing calls, scheduling appointments, etc.

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. As the first point of contact for our company, the Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all visitors and clients.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner

- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual

- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages

- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members

- Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- 1+ years of experience in a customer service or receptionist role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
