Fair Winds Transportis hiring professional Class A CDL drivers for our predictable and consistent4-on / 4-off regional routes running out of Virginia.

4 Days On / 4 Days Off (set rotation, predictable every month)

Regional Routes (two out-and-back round trips, home between runs)

100% Drop & Hook No Touch Freight

Modern, Well-Maintained Equipment (2020+ Automatics)

Veteran-Owned & Family-Run drivers are respected, supported, and known by name

We operate like a professional fleet clean equipment, consistent dispatching, and clear communication without the chaos drivers experience at larger companies.

• $22/hour + overtime after 40 hours
• 48+ hours paid per workweek on average
• Weekly pay via
• Medical, dental & vision insurance available

This structure provides consistent earnings and predictable home time every single week.

• Valid Class A CDL
• 1 year of Class A driving experience
• Must be 21 or older
• Clean MVR & able to pass DOT physical, drug screen, and background check
• Comfortable using GPS, ELDs, and smartphone apps
• Must speak, read, and write English for reporting & safety requirements
