POSITION SUMMARY
Performs administrative support duties to directly assist the Director of Physical Therapy and PT Leadership team. Coordinates duties of the BSS at each location and manages coverage for the Tier 1 locations. Provides leadership and assists with problem solving related to the PT billing to improve overall quality assurance

Essential Functions Statement(s)
- Produces reports for the PT Director related to clinic financial performance.
- Completes payroll for PT Department.
- Coordinates duties of the PT BSS' at each location and coverage for the Tier 1 locations.
- Assists with problem solving at satellite locations by making regular site visits.
- Completes annual reviews for Tier 1 PT BSS.
- Builds and manages provider appointment schedules.
- Oversees CME funds for all providers.
- Oversees credentialing process for PT providers.
- Processes provider check request for licensure and other professional fees.
- Regular and predictable attendance
- Ability to work in a cooperative manner with others
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in the operations of a physical therapy office preferred.
Computer Skills: Must be computer literate. Basic computer skills required.
