Role Overview:
As a Life Skills Coach, you’ll serve as an inspiring mentor, teaching essential daily living and social skills that help individuals live more independently. This is a teaching-focused role, guiding and supporting individuals on their journey to self-sufficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons on daily living skills (hygiene, grooming, meal preparation, household routines).
Support participation in community activities and social engagement.
Assist in developing skills for transportation, communication, and problem-solving.
Collaborate with families and support teams to tailor skill-building activities.
Document progress and celebrate achievements.

Qualifications:
1+ year experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Completed required training (Zero Tolerance, Core Competencies, HIPAA, etc.) OR willingness to obtain training before hire.
