Job Description
The Chemical Support Specialist will help identify the business needs, challenges and concerns of our customers and is dedicated to exceeding customer expectations. Duties are performed with excellence, and you enjoy working with a diverse group of personalities to solve problems and exceed sales goals. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role.

- Creating and processing orders in a timely manner, processing requests for rush orders, and reviewing pending orders and customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Answering sales rep inquiries, tracking orders, and following up with customers and sales reps about order status.
- Developing support relationships with chemical and sales representatives.
- Managing lease accounts providing troubleshooting assistance for orders and accounts.
- Dispatch service requests and schedule installations.
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Business, a related field or equivalent experience is preferred
- Previous customer service, project management or knowledge of warewashing a plus
- Computer literacy, excel and typing skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- Excellent team working, motivational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- The ability to multitask and quickly switch your focus without losing sight of projects and goals
- An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
