Our teams work collaboratively across operations, technology, risk, finance, marketing, and sales to deliver solutions that create measurable value and support the continued growth of APCO and the partners we serve.

We are looking for an FSP Finance Specialist to support our Marine & RV dealer partners by structuring deals, securing funding, and driving protection product sales. This role blends financial expertise, relationship management, and sales execution to deliver strong outcomes for both dealers and customers.

  • Support continuous improvement of processes and partner experience
What Makes You Successful

You’ll be successful in this role if you’re both analytical and sales-driven—comfortable structuring deals while also building relationships and driving product adoption. You understand how to balance customer needs, dealer expectations, and business outcomes.

You’re also a strong communicator and problem-solver who can navigate complex scenarios and deliver solutions quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Basic Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of dealership F&I experience (RV, Marine, or Automotive)
  • Experience structuring deals and working with lenders
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in RV or Marine dealership environments
  • Experience with protection product sales (warranty, insurance, etc.)

This Role Might Be a Great Fit If You
  • Enjoy structuring deals and finding creative financing solutions
  • Like working directly with dealers and building strong relationships
  • Thrive in a role that combines sales, finance, and problem-solving
  • Are motivated by performance, results, and customer outcomes
What We Offer
  • Competitive compensation with performance-based incentives
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid time off and company holidays
  • Opportunities for career growth and advancement
  • A collaborative and high-performance team environment
