Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day front of house operations to ensure smooth service delivery
- Develop and maintain weekly staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage
- Train and mentor staff to uphold service standards and proper procedures
- Ensure uniform compliance and proper grooming of all team members
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Maintain cleanliness of the front of house areas and restrooms throughout the day by following daily cleaning protocols
- Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
- Lead by example, demonstrating a positive attitude and professionalism
- Conduct regular table visits to monitor service quality and guest satisfaction
- Collaborate closely with the Back of House Manager to ensure seamless operations
- Communicate effectively with staff and management about operational needs and areas for improvement
- Identify problem areas and implement solutions to enhance guest experience
- Accept and incorporate feedback constructively, fostering a growth-oriented environment
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in front of house management or hospitality leadership
