Front of House Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front of House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high standards, and leading a team with enthusiasm and professionalism. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day front of house operations to ensure smooth service delivery

- Develop and maintain weekly staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage

- Train and mentor staff to uphold service standards and proper procedures

- Ensure uniform compliance and proper grooming of all team members

- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly

- Maintain cleanliness of the front of house areas and restrooms throughout the day by following daily cleaning protocols

- Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally

- Lead by example, demonstrating a positive attitude and professionalism

- Conduct regular table visits to monitor service quality and guest satisfaction

- Collaborate closely with the Back of House Manager to ensure seamless operations

- Communicate effectively with staff and management about operational needs and areas for improvement

- Identify problem areas and implement solutions to enhance guest experience

- Accept and incorporate feedback constructively, fostering a growth-oriented environment

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in front of house management or hospitality leadership

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and time management abilities

- Ability to lead, motivate, and train staff effectively

- High level of professionalism and a positive attitude

- Ability to handle customer concerns with tact and diplomacy

- Flexibility to work open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and presentation

- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and management
