| Physical Requirements | The physical requirements for this position include regularly sitting at a computer workstation for extended periods with repetitive motion (such as typing); walking including pushing, pulling, and/or lifting up to 10 lbs, and occasional pushing, pulling, and/or lifting objects up to 25 lbs |
| Shift | Hours: 8am-5pm weekdays but shifts can vary based on operational needs. Must be able to flex schedule to accommodate for subject visits and other project needs. |
| Job Summary | The Department of Psychiatry is looking for a qualified person to serve as a clinical research coordinator to maintain, organize, and oversee research projects and perform other research related tasks. Familiarity with Institutional Review Boards and research-related software preferred. Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills are required to be successful in this position. Excellent communication, regulatory and organizational skills are required to be successful in this position. The duties will also require the submission of reports to various entities. This position requires a bachelor’s degree. A master’s degree is preferred. | Skills / Knowledge / Abilities | Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Proficient in operating various office machines, including computers, printers, and various software packages. Robust interpersonal skills. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Initiative, collaboration, advanced time management skills. Technical skills applicable to essential functions and initiative. |
