This role sits at the intersection of supply chain operations, data analytics, and enterprise systems, supporting large-scale transformation initiatives within a complex global environment. You will play a key part in enabling data-driven decision-making by developing reporting frameworks, improving system integrations, and enhancing visibility across end-to-end supply chain processes. Working closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams, you will help translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. - Support global supply chain leadership with reporting, performance metrics, and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational visibility and decision-making.
- Partner with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements, build specifications, and ensure alignment with enterprise supply chain systems.
- Conduct facilitation sessions to gather requirements, build logical data models, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Develop, monitor, and analyze project and operational metrics to assess performance and ensure effective KPI tracking across the supply chain lifecycle.
- Collaborate with technical teams, including database administrators and developers, to ensure accurate implementation of business models within ERP and data systems.
- Prepare and manage project execution plans, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and schedule while maintaining technical quality standards.
- Design and implement continuous improvement programs that enhance cross-functional integration, performance measurement, and operational efficiency.
- Provide analytical support for special projects, including system enhancements, tooling, and infrastructure improvements.
- Act as a liaison across technical and business teams, supporting change management and fostering collaboration across stakeholders.
- Contribute to leadership discussions and workgroups, representing supply chain enablement initiatives and ensuring alignment with organizational strategy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of experience in data analytics, programming, supply chain, program management, or related fields; or Master’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP ECC, HANA, and Business Objects reporting tools.
- Proficiency in data modeling, including HANA Studio architecture, SQL procedures, calculation views, and performance tuning.
- Experience with Git version control and collaborative development workflows, including branching and pull requests.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills with the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities, deliver under pressure, and drive projects to completion.
- Experience with supply chain processes such as forecasting, planning, material management, or procurement.
- Familiarity with reporting and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
- Nice to have: experience with Agile environments, AI/ML tools, programming languages (Python, Java, C#, SQL), or SAP certification.
- Must be a U.S. citizen with ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
