We are selecting a limited number of qualified candidates for the Farmers Insurance Agent in Training Program. This hands-on mentorship program provides paid training, licensing, and daily warm leads while you learn directly from a top-ranked Farmers agent. You will gain full exposure to insurance sales, marketing, recruiting, and business operations.

Requirements

• Motivated, competitive, and goal-driven
• Background in sales, recruiting, customer service, or management preferred
• Strong communication and leadership potential
• Proficient with CRM systems
• Must obtain state insurance licensing (paid by us)
• Experienced insurance Sales Producers with a proven track record of sales, will have the option to work from home after training.

Responsibilities

• Sell auto, home, life, specialty and business insurance.
• Manage warm leads and client relationships
• Learn recruiting, marketing, and business operations
• Train under an experienced mentor agent
