Position Overview

Hooters Kitchen Staff Members play a key role in delivering consistent, high-quality food while ensuring safety, sanitation, and picture-perfect presentation. This fast-paced role requires teamwork, professionalism, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items per Hooters recipes and standards
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and organization
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Support kitchen setup, breakdown, and daily tasks

Compensation:

$16.50 – $21.50 per hour, depending on experience, training, and skills.
