We are seeking a friendly and professional Restaurant Host to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensure they have an exceptional dining experience. As the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in representing our restaurant’s hospitality standards and ensuring smooth seating and reservation management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements

- Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently to optimize table turnover

- Provide guests with menus and answer any initial questions about the restaurant

- Coordinate with the serving staff to ensure timely seating and service

- Maintain a clean and organized host stand and waiting area

- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly and courteously

- Support the team in maintaining a positive and welcoming environment

Skills and Qualifications:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment

- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred

- Knowledge of reservation systems and POS software is a plus

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

- Friendly, approachable demeanor with a focus on guest satisfaction
