Overview

Eagleview, the leader in aerial imagery, is hiring a District Manager in Government Sales. The District Manager role focuses on our government vertical in the regions of North and South Carolina. We are a fast paced, energetic team driven by continuous process improvement. We’re looking for motivated, organized, and independent team members. This position requires good communication skills and the ability to quickly pick up new technologies.

The District Manager (DM) is relied upon to maintain and grow current client accounts as well as aggressively pursuing new business. This role is a key part of the overall sales team that supports our government sector and infrastructure business and has primary responsibility for revenue generation within their assigned territory. The District Manager coordinates all sales activities within their region, working in conjunction with their Technical Account Manager to achieve all revenue goals. Specifically, the employee will maintain the relationship with existing customers, upselling where the opportunity arises and adding new customers to the existing customer base. The selected candidate will be rewarded for their success with an excellent compensation/commission plan. This candidate will work from their home office and must reside within the territory.


Responsibilities

  • Create and drive revenue, increase brand awareness, and generate leads within your territory.
  • Conduct large group sales presentations and software demonstrations.
  • Maintain account and opportunity forecasting within Salesforce.com CRM.
  • Generate quality leads from tradeshows and regional networking events.
  • Communicate with customers to ensure 100% client satisfaction and retention.
  • Meet (and exceed!) annual sales quotas.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Minimum 5+ years of sales experience with documented success.
  • Experience selling in a technical environment to the public sector is a plus, but not required.

The compensation offered to the successful candidate will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s work experience, education and licenses, work-related training, key skills, the core duties of the role and its associated responsibilities, additional benefits offered, and the location where the work will be performed. All Fulltime (30+ hours) employees are eligible for PTO, Sick, and Parental Leave; Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance; 401(k) Plan; Health Savings Account; Life Insurance; Employee Assistance Program; Pet Insurance. This is a full-time, remote role with a base salary range of $70,000-$85,000 and a commission target of $85,000-$130,000.
