Were looking for a motivated and commercially curious Legal Intern to join our Legal team. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an in-house legal environment within a global technology company. This role is ideal for a law student or recent graduate who wants exposure to technology, commercial contracting, and international business operations. Reporting to the Legal Director, this is a practical, hands-on role youll see how legal advice is applied in real-time commercial decision-making.
What Youll Be Doing- Project Support - The focus of this role will be to help support a critical compliance project related, with potential to support other projects where capacity permits. You will gain hands-on experience in legal project management through high-level portfolio analysis, extraction of key terms and obligations across diverse contract sets.
- Record management - supporting contract management and document organisation.
- Legal ops support - contributing to continuous improvement of legal processes and tools.
- Apply legal project management principles to large-scale contract reviews by becoming proficient in the art of term extraction and portfolio mapping to provide actionable insights for the legal team
- This role will suit someone completing (or having recently completed) a law degree and keen to work as part of a high performing global in-house legal team.
- Strong academic results and solid legal research skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
