Account Executive

As an Account Executive at Caseware, you play a central role in driving revenue growth. You expand our presence in the market, win new customers and strengthen relationships with existing ones. With strong closing skills and a sharp eye for new opportunities within your portfolio, you help build sustainable revenue and long-term partnerships. You also increase Casewares visibility by building a relevant network and positioning our solutions confidently in the market. Your work has a direct impact on customer loyalty, market position and the long-term success of the company.
What you will be doing:- Drive active sales of Casewares solutions through consultative conversations, product presentations and confident management of the full sales cycle, working closely with Marketing, Consulting and Product Management.
- Build and expand long-term customer relationships based on a clear understanding of individual needs, strengthening satisfaction, loyalty and future growth opportunities.
- Increase market share and ARR within your territory by winning new customers, securing reliable deal outcomes and expanding existing accounts through upsell and cross-sell.
- Develop and execute strategic sales and account plans, using cross-functional resources to unlock revenue potential and move opportunities to a successful close.
- Manage your pipeline with discipline and deliver accurate forecasts that support clear decision-making and consistent progress toward sales targets.
- Strengthen Casewares market presence and expand your professional network through active engagement with key decision-makers and relevant industry stakeholders.
- Maintain complete and accurate documentation of all sales activities, data and contract details in the CRM to ensure transparency and efficient operations.
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise technology or complex solution sales across large customer accounts
- Solid understanding of the Software as a Service (SaaS) business model
- Proven success in winning new customers and expanding existing enterprise accounts
- Demonstrated ability to sell and navigate complex enterprise organizations
- Experience demonstrating complex software applications to customers
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand complex business challenges
- Executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership
- Ability to identify influencers and decision-makers and manage stakeholder dynamics throughout the sales cycle
- Ability to manage multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on maintaining commercial value
- Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding sales quota targets
- Confident communication skills that help build trust quickly with key stakeholders
- Structured and dependable working style that supports long-term customer partnerships
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify business opportunities and value drivers
- Motivation, curiosity, and a practical, solution-focused approach to working with customers
- Knowledge of audit, finance, or accounting is a plus
- Strong Dutch and English communication skills, both written and spoken
