Facilities Manager (Ohio & Indiana Region)

Are you a proactive leader who thrives on variety and high-impact operational management? We are looking for a dynamic Facilities Manager to oversee the heartbeat of our operations across 13 unique locations throughout Ohio and Indiana.

In this role, you won’t just be managing buildings—you’ll be ensuring the safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement of the environments where our teams excel. From high-level budgeting to "boots-on-the-ground" project management, you will be the primary architect of our multi-state facility strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Regional Operations Excellence: Oversee daily operations for 13 distinct sites, ensuring high service standards and seamless maintenance scheduling.

  • Strategic Maintenance: Design and execute robust preventive maintenance programs for all building systems, equipment, and infrastructure.

  • Financial Stewardship: Take full ownership of annual budgets for each location, identifying smart cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

  • Compliance & Safety Leadership: Keep our teams safe by ensuring all facilities meet or exceed state and federal health, safety, and environmental regulations.

  • Vendor Partnership: Negotiate and manage high-value contracts; you will select and evaluate the vendors and service providers that help us stay operational.

  • Capital Projects: Lead the charge on facility renovations, expansions, and relocations, coordinating closely with architects and internal stakeholders.

  • Crisis Readiness: Develop emergency preparedness plans and serve as the primary point of contact for facility-related urgent needs.

Qualifications
  • Proven Track Record: At least 5 years of experience in multi-site facilities management (experience within the OH/IN market is highly preferred).

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

  • Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of building systems, maintenance best practices, and regional regulatory requirements.

  • Management Prowess: Ability to lead teams, manage complex budgets, and juggle multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.

  • Agility & Travel: A valid driver’s license and a willingness to travel regularly between our 13 locations are essential.
