Organizational Development Coord at Williamson Medical Center – FRANKLIN, Tennessee

Position Summary

The Temporary Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator will provide hands-on support to prepare the organization’s Learning Management System for an upcoming HRIS implementation. This role is primarily responsible for data cleanup, validation, and configuration updates within the LMS to ensure accurate staff records, department and job code structures, learning assignments, and student group structures. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly proficient in Excel, and experienced with the HealthStream Learning Management System.

Key Responsibilities

• Scrub, validate, and update staff demographic data within the LMS
• Modify and correct learning assignments to align with updated staff records and organizational structure changes
• Review, update, and maintain student groups within the LMS
• Upload staff demographic data using Excel-based imports
• Identify data inconsistencies, duplicates, and errors; resolve or escalate as appropriate
• Partner with HR, Education, and project stakeholders to support HRIS readiness
• Follow established data governance, confidentiality, and security standards
• Document cleanup processes and changes made to support implementation continuity

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience administering a Learning Management System, HealthStream required
• Strong Excel skills, including data manipulation, filtering, and imports/uploads
• High attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to manage repetitive, detail-heavy work while meeting project timelines
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting HRIS and/or LMS implementations
• Familiarity with healthcare learning environments or compliance-based training programs

Work Environment

• Primarily computer-based work
• May be remote or hybrid, depending on organizational needs
• Temporary role tied to project timeline and implementation milestones
