We are seeking a high-energy, phone-focused Recruitment Assistant to support high-volume inbound and outbound candidate screening. This role is heavily call-based and requires strong voice clarity, confidence, and consistency when engaging candidates using pre-defined scripts and workflows.

The assistant will operate within an established recruitment system and play a critical role in ensuring efficient candidate screening, accurate documentation, and a professional candidate experience.

-Conduct high-volume screening and interview calls using provided scripts

-Qualify candidates based on defined screening criteria

-Maintain consistent energy and professionalism across all calls

-Manage interview scheduling via automated calendar systems

-Record call outcomes, notes, and candidate feedback in internal tracking tools

-Follow existing recruitment workflows and call processes precisely

-35 years of experience in recruitment, call handling, or interview-based roles

-Strong comfort with frequent inbound and outbound phone calls

-Ability to follow scripts while sounding natural and engaging

-Highly reliable, organized, and detail-oriented

-Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment

-Baseline knowledge of basic LLMs (ChatGPT, Gemini, CoPilot, etc.)

-Reading & Comprehension: AdvancedMust clearly understand screening scripts, criteria, and documentation

-Written English: ProfessionalAccurate internal notes and follow-ups

-Spoken English: Fluent; neutral to minimal accent requiredVoice clarity, confidence, and energy are critical for success

-Automated calendar scheduling tools
