Your day to day as a Senior Member Service RepresentativeAs a Full Time Senior Member Service Representative at People Driven Credit Union, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our members. Your primary responsibilities include efficiently handling transactions as both a Teller and Member Service Representative, ensuring that each member is served promptly and professionally. You will assist members with inquiries ranging from basic account questions to complex issues related to insurance, interest rates, and service charges, all while adhering to disclosure requirements and consumer privacy policies.
Additionally, you will open new share, certificate, and IRA accounts, and perform various account functions such as transfers, deposits, and withdrawals. Your proactive approach will also involve cross-selling credit union services, helping to meet the diverse needs of our community while fostering long-term member relationships.

Requirements:Previous Member Service and Teller experience is required.
