Apartment Maintenance Technician at Monarch Investment and Management Group – St. Louis, Missouri

• Complete work orders based on priority
• Make-ready units for new residents
• Interior/exterior painting and light carpentry
• Assist with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs
• Maintain grounds and property cleanliness
• Conduct preventative maintenance
• Keep maintenance shop clean and organized
• Rotate on-call responsibilities with team (on-call bonus eligible)

• 1+ years of general maintenance experience
• HVAC, EPA, or CPO certifications preferred
• Experience with:
  • Plumbing (e.g., sweating copper pipes)
  • Electrical (outlets, switches, light fixtures)
  • Appliance repair (refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, etc.)
  • Water heaters (gas & electric)
  • Drywall repair and painting

A hands-on demonstration of basic job duties will be required during the interview.
