Job Summary:
The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a Burger King restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, operational efficiency, and profitability. This role leads a team, maintains brand standards, and drives sales growth while fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory, and financial performance
Lead, train, and develop team members to deliver excellent customer service
Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and food quality standards
Monitor and analyze sales, labor, and cost controls to meet or exceed targets
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant environment
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
Recruit, hire, and retain high-performing team members
Implement local marketing initiatives to drive traffic and sales
Ensure proper cash handling procedures and financial reporting
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
2–5 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in quick-service or fast-food environments
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Proficiency in basic computer systems and restaurant management software
