Generations at Regency in Niles, IL, has an immediate opening for a Full Time Executive Assistant - $20.00 per hour + Benefit Package!

We are looking for a dynamic, conscientious, and professional individual to assist us in our busy Human Resources Department!

The Ideal Candidate is available to work M-F, 8am-4pm, with an occasional earlier start. Will act as Manager on Duty one day a month.

Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:

• Collaborate with facility Administrator
• Maintain personnel files
• Onboard new employees
• Assist with payroll
• Transportation scheduling
• Insurance Authorizations
• May interact with facility residents with regard to financial issues
• Liaise between facility and corporate office
• Cover reception as necessary

of the Executive Assistant:

• High School Diploma
• General office experience, preferably in a long term care facility
• Some familiarity with payroll
• Experience in a Human Resources department helpful
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, EXCEL
• Knowledge of Paylocity and PointClickCare preferred
• Excellent organizational skills
• Prefessional demeanor and appearance
• Must speak, read and write English
• Must have compassion and understanding of older adults
