Nurtury is seeking a Bilingual Family Partner to support families in our Family Child Care (FCC) network. You’ll be the connector between families, educators, and community partners by helping families access resources, set developmental goals, and navigate the systems that support their children.

What You’ll Do:

Build strong relationships with families, FCC Educators, and community agenciesConduct ASQ/ASQ-SE screenings for newly enrolled childrenFacilitate parent trainings, workshops, and family engagement activitiesRepresent Nurtury at community eventsComplete required reports and documentation

You:

Hold an Associate’s Degree in ECE, Psychology, Human Services, or in a related field.Are experienced in supporting families from diverse or underserved communitiesAre knowledgeable about early childhood education, social services, and community resourcesAre culturally responsive, sensitive, and skilled in handling confidential informationAre Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
