Position Summary:
The Utton Transboundary ResourcesCenter at the University of New Mexico School of Law seeks a half-time FiscalServices Tech to assist with maintaining fiscal controls, processing routinefinancial transactions, reconcile and analyze financial data, and assist withthe development of budgets. The UttonCenter is a research and public service project that promotes the wise managementof natural resources in New Mexico and the West, with a particular focus onwater law, policy, and management. Thisposition reports to the Utton Center Director and serves to ensure that thebudgets and fiscal management of the Utton Center complies with Universitypolicies. Main duties include: reconcilingaccounts, labor distributions, budget and salary planning, managing purchaserequisitions and orders, managing payroll, and completing mid-year projections.
