Position Responsibilities:

• Provide a superior guest experience by delivering timely service, quality food and beverages, and ensuring every guest leaves satisfied.
• Be knowledgeable of food and beverage menus. Accurately and confidently answer guests questions.
• Accurately take orders and ring them into the POS.
• Maintain clean and regularly maintained tables throughout service. Clean as you work in and around service stations and other work areas.
• Assist in building and maintaining a team-oriented workplace by bringing a positive, consistent work ethic and participation level to each shift.

• Previous experience is preferred but not required.
• Communicates effectively.
• Works well under pressure and is self-motivated.
• High-level organizational, time management, and sales skills.

• High-level multi-tasking abilities.
• Able to perform at a high-level during volume and pressure situations.

Physical Requirements:

• Able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Able to grasp, lift, and/or carry up to 50 lbs. as needed.
• Able to withstand changes in temperature, occasional smoke, steam, and heat.
• Able to work in a confined area.
• Must possess hearing, visual, and sensory abilities to observe and detect emergencies; and to distinguish product, taste, texture, temperature, presentation, and preparation.
• Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide at a basic level.
