Popeyes in Glasgow, KY is seeking a reliable and motivated Shift Manager to help lead daily restaurant operations. This role supports the Restaurant Manager in delivering great food, excellent service, and a positive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead shifts and ensure quality, service, and cleanliness standards
Train and support team members on procedures and guest service
Handle guest orders, concerns, and shift flow in a timely manner
Follow food safety, cash handling, and operational procedures
Assist with opening/closing duties, scheduling, and team assignments

Qualifications:
At least 1 year of quick service or fast-food experience (leadership preferred)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be 18+ and able to pass a background check
