Responsibilities:

• Installation and Maintenance: Install, troubleshoot, and repair security systems, including alarms, surveillance cameras, access control systems, and intercoms.

• Technical Support: Provide technical support to clients, including system operation training and troubleshooting assistance. Assisting with Training new team.

• System Configuration: Program and configure security equipment to meet client specifications and ensure optimal performance.

• Site Surveys: Conduct site surveys to assess security needs and recommend appropriate security solutions.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all installations, repairs, and service calls performed.

• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to client satisfaction. Assist with Training new teams.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in security system installation and maintenance.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in installing and troubleshooting security equipment and systems.

• Knowledge: Understanding of security system protocols, standards, and best practices.

• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and team members.

• Problem-solving: Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.

• Certifications: Relevant certifications in security systems installation and maintenance are preferred.

• Valid Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
