About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and strategic Learning and Development Coordinator to elevate and operationalize our education initiatives across the organization.
This role sits at the intersection of operations, clinical education, and implementation. You will be responsible for ensuring our injectors and aestheticians receive best-in-class training, identifying top-tier continuing education opportunities, building strong vendor relationships, and sourcing industry-leading conferences and learning experiences.
This is an ideal role for someone who thrives on structure, execution, relationship management, and raising the standard of clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate on the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of education playbooks, SOPs, and training resources
- Help define education roadmaps for injectors and aestheticians at different stages of experience
- Track training outcomes and identify opportunities to elevate clinical performance
- Ensure alignment between education initiatives and company growth objectives
- Identify and secure spots at industry-leading conferences, cadaver labs, masterclasses, and advanced certification programs
- Maintain an up-to-date calendar of premier industry events.
- Coordinate conference registrations, travel logistics, and post-event knowledge sharing
Experience
- Extremely organized with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Comfortable managing multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders
- Experience in education operations, training coordination, program management, or a similar role
- Confident working with trainers, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams
- Willing and able to travel within the U.S. approximately once per month
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with 3 days per week in our Montreal office
- Familiarity with playbook creation, SOPs, or process documentation
