In this role, you will act as a key bridge between business, technology, and stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and translation of digital product requirements into structured, actionable deliverables. You will work on innovative payment and digital wallet solutions, contributing to projects involving tokenization, push provisioning, and digital card lifecycle management. The position requires strong analytical thinking to map complex customer journeys and define end-to-end business processes. You will collaborate closely with technical and product teams to support integrations with modern payment platforms and wallet ecosystems. Your work will directly influence the delivery of scalable, secure, and seamless digital payment experiences. This is a highly collaborative and detail-oriented environment, ideal for professionals who enjoy structuring complexity into clear business solutions.

• Act as the liaison between business, technology, and stakeholders, ensuring clear alignment on objectives and requirements for digital payment and wallet solutions.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements related to push provisioning, tokenization, and digital wallet integrations.
• Map and detail end-to-end business processes and customer journeys, including onboarding, authentication, token lifecycle, and card usage in digital wallets.
• Support integration requirements with payment platforms, ensuring alignment between business rules, technical constraints, and operational processes.
• Produce and maintain functional and technical documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and diagrams.
• Contribute to implementation projects involving digital wallet solutions (such as VDE SDK), ensuring successful delivery aligned with business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are accurately translated into scalable and reliable solutions.

• Previous experience as a Business Analyst in digital, financial services, or technology-driven environments.
• Strong ability to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Experience in process mapping, customer journey design, and workflow documentation.
• Knowledge of push provisioning, tokenization, and digital wallet ecosystems (Google Wallet, Apple Wallet, Samsung Wallet).
• Experience working on integration projects involving payment or processing platforms (e.g., Pismo).
• Ability to produce structured documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process diagrams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to negotiate and align expectations across teams.
• Differential: experience with VDE SDK implementations.
