Archer Hotel Napa is seeking a dual-licensed Esthetician and Massage Therapist (certification required) to join our spa team. This role provides both skincare and massage services in a luxury hotel setting, delivering relaxing, high-quality guest experiences.

ROOFTOP SPA AT ARCHER HOTEL
Nestled above the buzz of downtown Napa, the rooftop spa at Archer Hotel is an intimate retreat for hotel guests and locals, offering a day spa experience and exclusive access to the boutique hotel's rooftop water deck and fitness studio.
The rooftop spa offers a signature menu of facials and massages for individuals, couples, girlfriend getaways and moms-to-be with two single treatment rooms plus a couple's room with a private shower.
The spa is open Thursday through Monday 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM (hours subject to change). The rooftop spa is on the sixth floor of Archer Hotel in downtown Napa on First Street near Coombs Street — with free garage parking nearby for employees.

Job overview:
The Massage Therapist is responsible for providing exceptional guest service while providing the upmost care and quality services to guests according to the Spa standards and procedures.
Your day-to-day:
- Provides consistent professional massage treatments in accordance with spa protocols and accepted certification practices. Develops an appropriate treatment plan based on the guest's needs and requests.
- Provides the highest level of customer satisfaction by listening and understanding guests' needs and desires. Maintains and expands the patronage of spa by actively promoting/upselling additional treatments, services and retail products. Maintains knowledge of other services and amenities of the property.
- Explains features and benefits of spa products, treatments and services to guests. Provides answers to pre-treatment and post-treatment questions.
- Demonstrates respect, sensitivity and concern for guests' needs in a professional manner. Maintains strict confidentiality according to department procedures and guidelines. Follows proper draping procedures and Blood Borne pathogen procedures at all times.
- Manages time efficiently to maintain tight schedule, prepare for guests and execute all treatments. Monitors schedule to minimize delays.
- Uses computer systems to accurately enter information, chart and document each guest seen.
- Reports potential safety issues to manager whenever observed and takes immediate action to resolve in emergency situations.
- Report defective, damaged or lost PPE or equipment thot does not fit properly to their Manager.
- Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Napa Spa standards as required by scheduling, which varies according to the needs of the spa.
- Maintain all licenses and certifications as required by the property or state.
- Provide a safe work environment in compliance with OSHA and MSDS standards.
- Assist in any other task or duties as requested by management.

- A plus: Practiced, with six months' related experience in hospitality or a service industry.
