  • Keeping the operative field visible using retractors, sponges, suction, and irrigation
  • Ensuring necessary supplies, instruments, and equipment are available and prepared
  • Operating sterilization equipment and managing sterile/non‑sterile instruments
  • Monitoring patient status during procedures
  • Obtaining dental radiographs and imaging
  • Completing accurate and detailed clinical narratives
  • Performing other related duties as assigned

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 1 month of hire)
  • At least one year of related experience preferred
  • DAANCE certification preferred
  • Licensed dental assistant preferred
  • Radiology certification preferred
  • Basic computer skills
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology
  • Strong teamwork and ability to work independently
  • Good judgment and critical‑thinking ability
  • Passion for patient safety and maintaining aseptic standards
  • Excellent manual dexterity
  • Strong attention to detail, vigilance, and meticulous care
  • Exceptional listening skills and ability to follow instructions quickly

What We Offer

We provide a comprehensive and competitive benefits package that supports your well‑being, financial security, and work–life balance, including:

  • Competitive pay with bonus potential and annual merit reviews
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage (including Virtual Care)
  • Health Savings Account (HSA) with HDHP health plans
  • 401(k) plan with company match
  • Basic and supplemental life insurance (including spouse/child options)
  • Long‑term and short‑term disability plans
  • Paid Vacation (starting at 2 weeks), Paid Sick Time, and 6 Paid Holidays
  • 2 weeks of Paid Parental Leave
  • Uniforms/scrubs provided
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
