Mortgage Loan Closer in Louisville, Kentucky at LIBERTY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION

Liberty FCU, a full-service credit union, is currently seeking experienced applicants to fill a Mortgage Loan Closer position. This position will be based out of the Hurstbourne office located at 1200 Forest Bridge Rd., Louisville, KY 40223. If interested, please proceed by clicking Apply.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Review approved mortgage loans to determine conditions needed prior to closing
• Verify accuracy and consistency of specifications on documents (title, insurance, tax forms, etc.)
• Assemble documents for delivery to the title company, broker or lending officer for closing
• Prepare closing packages/documents/disclosures
• Ensure mortgage as a whole, meets all mortgage compliance regulations
• Other duties as assigned by the Mortgage Closing Manager or management

Qualifications:

• Ability to multitask
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Clear and effective written and oral communication skills
• Ability to develop a working knowledge of the Loan Origination System and other computer software systems

Experience Level Required:

• At least 2+ years experience in the mortgage industry, preferably in mortgage closing
