Meat Cutter - Multi Function at Lynn's Inc. & Affiliates – BOX ELDER, South Dakota

We are looking to add a Meat Cutter to our Box Elder team. The position will also support the Grocery Stock Crew position and Produce Clerk to create a full-time schedule.

This position is responsible for preparing and cutting meat products while supporting overall store operations through grocery stocking and produce assistance. This role ensures high-quality product preparation, proper merchandising, and a clean, well-stocked shopping environment. Responsibilities include cutting and packaging meat, maintaining fresh and appealing displays, stocking shelves, rotating product for freshness, assisting with produce handling, and providing excellent customer service throughout the store. This position works closely with department teams to support daily operations, maintain food safety and sanitation standards, and ensure a positive customer experience.

• Previous meat cutting or grocery retail experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong attention to detail, product quality, and cleanliness
• Ability to lift, carry, and stock products, including working in refrigerated areas
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Dependable attendance and flexible availability, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Must be at least 18 years of age
