JOB SUMMARY
Serves as the Army Training Models (ATM) Senior Analyst in direct support of the Cyber Center of Excellence (CCoE) at Fort Gordon, GA. The role is responsible for collecting and analyzing training requirements and providing cost recommendations within the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) framework. Utilizes quantitative analysis, modeling, and alternative solution techniques to support senior leaders in data-driven decision-making related to force structure, future planning, and resource optimization, enhancing operational efficiency and mission success.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Analyze training requirements and develop cost recommendations within the PPBE framework
- Apply quantitative analysis and modeling techniques to support strategic decision-making
- Utilize Army Training Resource Models Information System (TRMIS) tools and applications
- Support resource planning, programming, and execution processes
- Provide analytical support to senior leadership on force structure and resource optimization
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support Cyber Center of Excellence (CCoE) G-8 Resource Management Directorates and G-3/5/7 Operations and Training staff
- Coordinate with Logistics personnel and Army Branch School Commandants
- Leverage TRMIS and other official programs of record to complete analytical tasks
- Develop data-driven insights to inform training and transformation initiatives
- Assist in aligning resources to mission requirements across training and operational domains
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Prior military service or U.S. Government civilian experience required
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: finance, resource management, training, or logistics
- Active Secret Security Clearance required
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong executive-level written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of PPBE processes, GFEBS, Institutional Training Resource Model (ITRM), or ORSA (preferred)
- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Strong collaboration skills and commitment to team and organizational success
- Willingness to learn and work extensively with TRMIS (Excel-based analytical modeling tools)
