As an Assistant Manager at Wendy’s, you play a key leadership role in restaurant operations. You’ll support the General Manager in ensuring smooth daily operations, developing team members, and creating an excellent guest experience. You’ll also help drive sales, maintain food safety standards, and foster a positive work environment aligned with Wendy’s “People Excellence” culture.

Additional Requirements

• 6+ months of restaurant industry experience, preferably in a supervisory or shift-lead role.

• Strong knowledge of food safety procedures, restaurant operations, and P&L management.

• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams at all levels.

• Experience with recruiting, interviewing, training, and performance management.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Understanding of employment laws (federal, state, and local).

• Ability to stand for extended periods and travel locally as needed.

• Be able to lift up to 50lbs

• Create and maintain genuine, uplifting interactions

• Be able to work outside for prolonged periods, in all weather conditions

• Use of standard restaurant equipment (headsets, registers, grills) and adherence to brand guidelines.

• College degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
