Position Overview:
Synergetics is seeking experienced Organizational Design and Optimization Consultants to join our Business Services consulting segment. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in management consulting and demonstrated experience in organizational design analysis and transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and lead operational or financial improvements through data analysis and resource alignment.
Conduct organizational assessments and make recommendations for enhancements.
Develop accountability frameworks to support organizational changes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to implement organizational changes, including restructuring and process redesign.
Communicate effectively with employees at all levels to ensure understanding and buy-in for new initiatives.
Monitor and evaluate the impact of changes on business goals.
Develop and benchmark Span of Control (SoC) models, identifying opportunities for financial improvement.
Required Experience and Skills:
5 to 10 years in management consulting or professional services with expertise in organizational design and change management.
Proven critical thinking and data analysis skills.
Strong project management experience and ability to lead consulting teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Power BI.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of effectively presenting findings to clients.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
