Job Summary:
The Director, Industrial Print-Packaging & Label is responsible for leading the strategy, growth, and execution of packaging and label solution sales. This role focuses on driving revenue growth while supporting field specialists and sales teams in delivering industrial inkjet and label solutions. This position works closely with sales leadership, marketing teams, and technical support groups to develop go-to-market strategies, expand market presence, and achieve annual revenue goals.

As a Director, Industrial Print-Packaging & Label You Will:

• Drive execution of sales strategy to achieve annual revenue targets for industrial inkjet and label solutions
• Report to executive leadership on strategic initiatives, revenue plans, and business forecasting
• Support field sales specialists and local sales teams throughout the sales cycle
• Assist sales teams in identifying and validating customer requirements and solution fit
• Coach and mentor production print and commercial print sales specialists
• Coordinate sales cycles between field specialists and regional sales teams
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to develop go-to-market strategies Develop relationships with paper suppliers and other key industry partners
• Establish partnerships with third-party providers for finishing equipment, workflow, and color management solutions
• Support contract negotiations and customer agreements
• Manage installation and implementation processes with customers
• Conduct Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and Return on Investment (ROI) analyses to support solution proposals
• Identify and develop new customer accounts and market opportunities
• Provide product training and solution training to the sales organization
• Represent the organization at industry events and conferences

Skills/Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in packaging or label sales, or packaging/label production with customer-facing responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of the label, packaging, and graphic communications industry
• Experience supporting or leading sales teams and driving revenue growth
• Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
• Experience working with workflow solutions, finishing equipment, and print production technology
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to analyze customer needs and develop ROI and TCO-based solutions
• Contract negotiation experience
• Ability to build relationships with executive-level decision makers

Education:

• Bachelors degree preferred, Postgraduate degree a plus
