About The Role
What you bring:At Addition Wealth, design is fundamental to how users interact with and understand their financial lives. We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team and create thoughtful, impactful experiences that empower users to make confident financial decisions.
Our design team works cross-functionally with product managers and engineers to simplify complex financial concepts, translating them into clear, accessible product experiences. This role requires a designer who can effectively identify user problems, explore and vet solutions, and deliver polished designs that balance usability, clarity, and trust.
You will be responsible for owning product areas end-to-end, partnering closely with product and engineering teams to ship significant features, and contributing to the development of our design systems and product foundations. We seek a collaborative, thoughtful, and highly communicative individual who thrives in ambiguity and can craft high-quality experiences that deliver measurable value.
- 7+ years of experience designing complex digital products.
- Proven ability to own product areas from problem definition through shipped solutions.
- Experience in contributing to or building scalable design systems.
- Strong product thinking and UX fundamentals, with a knack for simplifying complex problems.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and quickly evolving product requirements.
- Experience collaborating closely with product managers and engineers to deliver high-quality products.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly articulating design decisions and tradeoffs.
- A collaborative spirit that positively contributes to team culture.
- Experience designing financial products or fintech experiences.
- Experience designing for users with varying levels of financial literacy.
- Experience working on early-stage or fast-growing product teams.

Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The salary range reflects the base salary only.
