RN - Cath Lab at Central Peninsula Hospital – Soldotna, Alaska

POSITION SUMMARY: Performs the primary functions of a Registered Nurse in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the care of all patients in Cardiac Cath Lab Services during his or her shift. The RN is responsible for meeting the established standards of Intensive Nursing Practice, for managing all assigned personnel, supplies, and equipment in the unit, and for promoting teamwork with physicians and personnel of other departments.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Associate's degree in Nursing
• 2 years RN Experience in one of the following:
  • Cath Lab RN
  • Emergency Room
  • Critical Care
• State of Alaska RN License
• BLSP and ACLS from the American Heart Association
