Construction Laborer - Installation Technician – Start Your Career with Purpose & Growth!
Location: Based in Mechanicsburg, PA - Travel Across PA & the Mid-Atlantic
Pay: Starting at $22.00-$25.00 per hour depending on experience and CDL license obtained with the potential to negotiate a higher starting amount (with significant earning potential through overtime, per diem, and prevailing wage increases)

Mr. Rehab LLC is looking for driven, hands-on individuals to join our growing field operations team. As an Installation Technician (Laborer), you’ll be on the front lines of critical sewer and stormwater rehabilitation projects using innovative trenchless technology – with full training and travel perks included!

Your Role on the Team:
- Support sewer and stormwater rehabilitation projects using advanced trenchless technology
- Set up and break down job sites; operate and assist with heavy equipment
- Safely guide operators and equipment for accurate project execution
- Transport crews and equipment (CDL driving required)
- Prepare work areas and enter manholes to ready pipelines for installation
- Adapt and step into multiple roles—every day brings something new
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving record
- Valid Class A or B CDL (or permit) preferred, Hazmat endorsement a plus
- Minimum 2 years of outdoor construction experience preferred (CIPP, water/sewer utility work a bonus)
- Willingness to travel frequently (up to 70% overnight travel), including nights and weekends
- Physically capable of lifting up to 75 lbs, working in confined spaces, and performing hands-on field work in varying weather with or without reasonable accommodations
