As a Supervisor, you lead from the floor. You set the tone for the day, keep the venue buzzing with energy, and make sure every guest leaves smiling. You will be hands-on, guiding walk-ins through booking, running interactive sessions, keeping the venue spotless, and jumping in wherever needed to keep things moving.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and engage guests with warmth and enthusiasm, no exceptionsDrive walk-in bookings by actively promoting the experience inside and outside the venueHost games with energy, keeping the mood fun and inclusive for every groupMaintain a spotless, organized, and guest-ready environment at all timesHandle questions and concerns quickly, making sure guests leave impressedSupport the venue manager in motivating, training, and coaching the teamOpen or close the venue confidently, ensuring all operational steps are completed without shortcutsExperience and SkillsNatural people-person who genuinely enjoys guest interactionThrives in a busy environment and can switch gears fastOrganized and dependable, even under pressureFlexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysConfident with basic tech like tablets and booking systemsWhat We’re Looking ForYou bring energy to every shift and keep it until the doors closeYou care about details because you know guests notice themYou are a problem solver who acts quickly and does not wait for someone else to fix thingsYou enjoy working as part of a team and make those around you betterPerformance & Employment TermsEmployment is subject to successful completion of a performance based 90 day probationary period.BenefitsBe part of a fast-growing entertainment brandTest our newest games before they launchEmployee Assistance Program (EAP) for you and your familyMonthly performance-based incentive tied to venue results (net revenue, reviews, hours worked), subject to company discretion, shared among eligible team members.
